The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 11 An Act                     
relating to good time credits for prisoners serving sentences of               
imprisonment for certain murders, attempted murders, or conspiracies           
to commit murder and recommended the adoption of the Judiciary                 
Committee Substitute offered on page 337. Signing do pass: Senators            
Torgerson, Parnell, Cochairs, Senators Phillips, Pete Kelly, Leman,            
Donley. Signing no recommendation: Senators Green, Wilken.
